Simple, single crochet scarf

I wanted to give my niece (on my next visit to my hometown) a special, memorable gift, so I decided to crochet this scarf for her. I used one skein of acrylic yarn and a I-9 neede. It was so easy and fast to make!

I started this blanket for a friend's baby girl. I'm using a US F-5 size needle and 8 skeins of 'Bunny Tail' yarn. The yarn is super soft, I'm using the double crochet pattern and the blanket is coming out very thick, very warm and perfect for the winter.



Double Crochet Scarf

I made this scarf for my daughter. I used a size 10 needle and double crochet stitch. The yarn is Boucle Traditions (60's vintage) by Yan Bee. 

Baby blanket - puff stitch

I wanted to make a nice, cozy blanket for my nephew and found this pattern in this easy tutorial video, though I only used one strand of yarn (the video recommends to use two strands), it came out real soft! I will be visiting my hometown next week and I can't wait to give my nephew his little blanket. He's one year old.

I really hope that he and his mommy like it.

Finally, my first crocheted baby blanket

After several tries and undoing my work twice (oh how painful it was...) I was finally able to crochet a baby blanket. =) I made the whole blanket with double crochet stiches, and added a pink yarn in the border.
